Listen Now oldpathspulpit dedicated to the “old paths” of the scriptures

The Bible says...

" are all sons of light, and sons of the day...” (1 Thess 5:4)

“God is light, and in Him is no darkness at all.” (1 John 5:1)

If one is seeking the right way,
he is walking toward the light.

God’s word

describes Christians with the word “light” and their journey through this world as a “walk.”

Jesus said “Ye are the light of the world..."Matt. 5:14

Paul said "Walk as children of light." Eph 5:8

Jesus our hope

Jesus died on Calvary to redeem all people from their sins. He is the Savior of those who OBEY HIM.

"He became unto all them that obey Him the author of eternal salvation..." Hebrews 5:9 read more

When a person is on a journey, he is wise to see a path that has been trod before. “Thus saith Jehovah, Stand ye in the ways and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way; and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls..." "..but they said, We will not walk therein.” We hope you will not follow this rebellious attitude.

In our world today most everything changes rapidly. Laws on top of laws are made, trying to regulate human behavior. Frequently people are confused about what they are to be and do. OLD PATHS are needed and therefore we are trying to call attention to them because The LAW OF GOD NEVER CHANGES. God said through Isaiah 40:8 “The grass withereth, the flower fadeth; but the word of our God shall stand forever.” Since “the word of our God” is THE OLD PATHS, it is that word that will always be there to guide our ways and keep us safe. We can depend on THE OLD PATHS when things around us become confusing and uncertain.
